Heart of Minnesota Animal Center – Panda
Panda is a special needs kitty looking for a special forever home! This little kitty was found all alone, outside, in the middle of winter, unable to walk. The amount of swelling and frostbite that was present made it impossible to know what gender this poor baby was. After lots of warm baths, once all of the dead skin came off, we learned that Panda is a boy! But the damage was already done, and he unfortunately needed surgery.
Panda’s foster Mom has been incredibly accommodating to his special needs. He has his own room with a ramp to his litter box, potty pads on the floor, diapers when needed and a ‘drag bag’ to keep his back end safe from scrapes while he scoots around the house! Because of his pre-existing urinary issues, he eats a special food to help prevent urinary crystals – Royal Canin Urinary Care. He gets a low-dose antibiotic powder sprinkled in his food once each day – and he eats it like a champ!
Panda is a playful little dude, just like any other kitten. He loves to play with string, show his foster mom that he isn’t as handicapped as she thinks he is by climbing up on furniture. He loves to follow around his fur-friends and take naps in the cat trees.

Ruff Start Dog & Cat Rescue – Ibiza
If your weekends are outdoorsy, action packed, and full of adventure, I just have one thing to say… Pick me! I’m Ibiza, and I’m a curious, intelligent, and active young female Miniature Pinscher/Beagle mix eager for my next big adventure.
There are quite a few pros to a gal like me: I have silky thin fur and don’t shed much, I’m the perfect size, I’m potty trained and crate trained, and I learn super quickly. I hope my new family will teach me lots of new things because I love to impress!
A few of my favorite things include food, walks, soft squeaky toys, meeting all the new people and fellow critters I can find, and sniffing all the sniffs you could possibly sniff. I’m not a fan of water and I’m not much of a cuddler (to be honest I’d rather be zoomin’). I pounce and jump when I play, and maybe get a little too rambunctious… but I call it enthusiastic. For this reason I should be around older kids and be separated from cats and critters. They’re just too fun to chase, can you blame me?

Hawk Creek Animal Shelter – Rose
Hey everyone! My name is Rosie and I’m the cutest roly-poly girl. I’m a seven-year-old, Rottweiler mix. There are only a few things I require to make me the happiest dog in the world: going for walks and being next to you! I’m pretty talented and have learned to walk great on a leash. I also love showing off my tricks like happy tap dancing and barreling towards you for tummy scratches.
As you can see, I’ve enjoyed the finer things in life (food) and need to lose a few pounds. Even though I give the best puppy eyes, please don’t give me treats and big portions of food; I want to live a long, healthy, and happy life with you. I can share my home with a cat, but I can sometimes be picky with dogs. If you have a dog, I will need to meet them to make sure we get along. As for kids, I don’t mind having my back scratched by them, but it can be scary if they run up to me or pet my face.

Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARCH) – Azalea Blue
Azalea aka Blue is the sweetest little pup you will ever meet. Of course she is a puppy in all her glory but when she gets tired she is so cuddly and loving. She is getting much better at waiting until it’s outside time to go potty. She loves every person and dog that she has met even if they don’t want to interact with her, she eventually catches on.
She has not met a cat yet but would probably love them with a slow introduction. She does well in her kennel at night but would prefer to sleep with her people. Walks on the leash are no problem because she likes to be near her humans. She loves all her chew toys, but her favorite time of the day is breakfast and dinner, and she will sit to let you know she is ready to eat.

Tri-County Animal Shelter – Scooby
Scooby is a high-energy pup who’s looking for some stability; he’s had multiple stays at Tri-County Humane Society and is in need of a home that will provide him consistency and comfort. This 3-year-old neutered mixed breed pup is REALLY wanting an active household. He’d love to go on daily walks, runs, hikes, and swims – you name it! This 60-pound pup would likely be happier as a solo pet, as he greatly prefers the company of his people over other animals. He does well with older kids, but little kids who are less predictable make him nervous.

Underdog Pet Rescue of MN – Cherub
Welcome to team Cherub! I am the perfect mix of sweet and happy, and known for having a little bed head. I am a 7-year old shih tzu that is happy about nearly everything and learning so much! I live with other dogs and we all get along great – we chase in the yard, play with toys and do our best to take turns snuggling with our people.
My ideal forever home will have another dog for me to learn from – I could use a dog friend to help me gain some confidence, get on a routine and learn how to be social with people. Sometimes I retreat back to my kennel when I want to simply watch what is going on in the house – I don’t even mind if the door is closed. My forever home is also required to have lots and lots of treats, heee heee! I do like meal time and sometimes help the other dogs in the house clean their plates. My people are good about giving me nutritious kibble and sometimes adding bone broth, fruit or veggies to my bowl. I also like snack time and get so excited I bark to remind them not to forget little tiny me!
My people want you to know that I LOVE to be held and have my back scratched – I promise I can teach my forever people how to find the best spots to scritch! I love kids as long as they can be gentle with me at first and let me trust them. I’m still learning how to play, but if they want to love and cuddle and hold me then I’ll most definitely be their best friend. That goes for anyone though!

Pet Haven of Minnesota- Burger Queen & Cookie Monster
Burger Queen and Cookie Monster are an adorable, spunky pair of bonded kittens looking for their forever home together! Burger Queen (5 months old) is very social and loves to snuggle. She purrs whenever her people are nearby and likes to be held like a baby. Cookie Monster (3 months old) is a little more shy, but Burger Queen helps him be confident. Both Burger and Cookie love to play. Burger is a big explorer, and Cookie Monster is happiest when he has a big bowl of wet food to munch.
Burger and Cookie are high-energy kittens with lots of play in them! Currently, they live in a townhouse with another foster cat, two resident cats, and their foster mom. Their ideal home is one with lots of toys, playtime, attention, and snuggles.
